Much of the material was recorded for the Bobby Robinson labels Fury & Enjoy, as well as the VeeJay label, with the later material recorded for Maxx; and includes the different versions, recorded for two different labels, of her first hit 'Every Beat Of MyHeart', along with a version of the Don Covay song 'Come See About Me', and many great early Soul classics.)
