ROLLING STONES A Bigger Bang Japan Tour 2006 (Rare & legendary 2006 Mail-Order Only Japanese Box Set, consisting of all eight 2006 remastered CD albums housed in exclusive individual 12" 'vinyl replica' picture sleeves complete with their respective replica inserts or posters. All sleeves are promo stickered on the back with an exclusive obi-strip & all inner rims of the discs are custom stamped for promotional use only. Each CD remains sealed from new in its respective pouch, all housed in a beautiful custom 12" x 12" x 2" slipcase box with 'Not For Sale' print on the back. The red spine print is a green colour with this copy, either a factory error or sun fade, otherwise this set is in unplayed near 'as new' condition. In order to receive this exclusive box, Japanese fans had to send in proof of purchase to Toshiba-EMI in Japan for ALL EIGHT 2006 CD remastered albums, and then a lottery scheme was run to choose the lucky fans who would receive one among the EXTREMELY LIMITED quantity of boxes commissioned for this special campaign. Meant as a cross-promotion for the reissues AND a marketing tool to call attention to the Stones' five scheduled concerts between 22 MARCH and 5 APRIL, 2006, this official box set instantly became THE Stones rarity of the new millennium, and although many have heard of its presence on the scene, few have actually seen one in person.
