SPARKS Li'l Beethoven (2022 UK/EU remastered reissue of the 2002 9-track LP pressed on high-quality vinyl, featuring a guest appearance by Faith No More's Dean Menta. Universally acclaimed as a creative renaissance for Ron & Russell Mael, Li’lBeethoven marked a bold and sophisticated shift in the Sparks sound — abandoning conventional rock instrumentation in favour of baroque orchestration, layered vocals, and minimalist repetition. Includes the fan favourites The Rhythm Thief, MyBaby's Taking Me Home, What Are All These Bands So Angry About? and Suburban Homeboy. Housed in a deluxe matte white picture sleeve with spot-lacquered text and image design, faithfully replicating the original 2002 artwork. The sleeve remains in Near Mint condition with no signs of wear, while the vinyl shows only a few faint cosmetic scuffs that do not affect playback; remaining Excellent BMGCAT551LP)
