A swinging big band tribute to Basie’s Kansas City roots, the album highlights the ensemble's trademark tightness and flair, with standout solo contributions and Carter’s sophisticated orchestrations throughout. Housed in a high-quality fully laminated picture sleeve faithfully reproducing the original early '60s artwork.
