Everything Abbado ever recorded for Deutsche Grammophon and Decca and Philips including works byBartok, Beethoven, Mozart, Mahler, Debussy amongst many others, also includes two softcover tracklisting books and a 120 page A4 sized hardback book with specially commisioned essay's detailing Abbado's long and storied career with previouslyunpublished photos. Presented in a beautiful 11" x 8" 'library-style' box with bookshelf-like inner box with albums easily accessible from two sides. The eight DVDs include the first DVD release of Janácek 'From the House of the Dead' with the Wiener Philharmoniker. The protective outer slipcase shows only minor wear, the box, contents and discs are all in mint condition. This numbered copy is 2064 out of 2650)
