JOHN LEWIS & SACHA DISTEL Afternoon In Paris (Rare Euro Jazz 1959 UK first press 6-track deep groove mono LP, on a plum & silver Oriole label, a great meeting of minds between the part-American, part-French Cool Jazz/Bop players, also starringBarney Wilen [tenor sax], Percy Heath or Pierre Michelot [bass] & Connie Kay or Kenny Clarke [drums]. Comes housed in a fully laminated flipback picture sleeve. The delicate sleeve [VG+] reveals just a little minor ageing with a spot of laminate peel near the back opening & the heavyweight vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition with very little play MG20036)
