A rarity from 1959 when composer/arranger Pete Rugolo was alternating his work for Stan Kenton with his own personal projects. With an orchestra of West Coast stars he takes a fresh look at tunes from Bardot movies, adapting themes from their original cinematic context into wry, cool toned jazz melodies heavy on innuendo and late-night appeal; housed in a gatefold picture sleeve with sleeve notes inside.
