Although not a completely first issue this sure is an early pressing.
The insert has 'sleeve printed and made in England' and '484 Kings Road' address, with the same address printed on the back of the sleeve.
The spine has the text printed in red.
The first two sides do not have the 'W' logo on the labels and sides three and four do.

Condition :-

The sleeve shows just a little scuffing at the corners with a tiny amount of age yellowing to the insert, with no significant defects at all.
The card inners have no seam splits.

Vinyl :-

The vinyl remains in excellent condition with very few signs of play at all and has escaped the usual scuffing that tended to result from the awful card inners.
This has anti-static inserts in the inners to prevent scuffing.

A really nice example of this weird label variant of a classic album.
