CANNONBALL ADDERLEY Somethin' Else (1966 US 5-track MONO LP on the Blue Note 'Division of Liberty Records' label, with 'RVG' machine stamped in the run-outs. Cut in 1958, this album is a masterclass in modern jazz, with Adderley's smooth bop style in the Parker mold pitched with Miles Davis' cool brand of jazz & formidable backing from Hank Jones, Sam Jones & Art Blakey. The pasted picture sleeve has no deletion cuts & grades VG+ with a little edge scuffing & a few thumnail edge splits, with all text legible. The vinyl is Excellent with just some minor spindle marks by the centre hole to show play BLP81595)
