SPENCER DAVIS GROUP Their First L.P. (1965 Australian 12-track mono debut LP on the black & orange Calendar label, packed with great cover tunes like Dimples [John Lee Hooker] & I'm Blue Gong Gong Song [Ike & Tina Turner] & the two Steve Winwood originals, Here Right Now & Sittin' & Thinkin', front laminated flipback sleeve with unique brown & gold border design. The thin cover shows some ring wear & light chipping to the laminate with no writing & the text is clear. The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & is best heard on a mono playback setting [eliminating surface noise left & right]. The disc grades VG- with multiple hairline scuffs & faint scratches but playback reveals no major effect on play or great loss in fidelity. The sound is still remarkable with no distortion or jumps - worth it for the cover alone! R66-282)
