THE BERLIN PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA conducted by HERBERT VON KARAJAN Beethoven: 9 Symphonien (1965 UK stereo EIGHT LP box set, generally considered one of the definitive collections of Beethoven symphonies & also featuring Gundula Janowitz [Soprano], Hilde Rössel-Majdan [Mezzo-Soprano], Waldemar Knentt [Tenor], Walter Berry [Baritone] & the Wiener Singverein under teh direction of Reinhold Schmid, complete with full size twenty two page illustrated libretto in English & albumlistinsert, all housed in a front pasted picture box. Not surprisingly, the box shows a small degree of shelfwear with a little scuffing and paper loss on the back, but remains unsplit & the vinyl remains in excellent condition with few signs of play SKL101~8)
