VARIOUS Mississippi Blues (70s French issue of the 1969 12-track stereo LP compilation, volume nine in Kent's 'Anthology Of The Blues' archive series, featuring Boyd Gilmore, Charlie Booker & Houston Boines. The recordings are the result of afield trip by the original label's proprietors in late 1951, early '52. The picture sleeve is still in its open shrink & the vinyl looks barely touched or played AB5609)
