BILLIE HOLIDAY Billie Holiday (1959 US deep groove mono LP, on a maroon Commodore label with silver lettering. Features twelve of her greatest interpretations originally released as a series of 10" 78rpm discs in 1947, housed in a stunning pasted sleeve with John De Vries artwork. All text is clearly legible on the front & back panels, including along the spine, with some minor paper tearing to a few edges & a small paper tear on the front top right which looks part of the clouds in the design. The heavyweight vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition with just the lightest evidence of play by the centre spindle hole. A beautiful example FL30,008)
