MAX ROACH Members, Don't Git Weary (1968 UK 6-track stereo LP on the purple & red Atlantic label, also starring Gary Bartz, Charles Tolliver, Jymie Merritt, Stanley Cowell & guest vocalist Andy Bey, matt picture sleeve. The sleeve shows only alittle faint ring wear & very minor scuffing & the vinyl is Excellent with barely any signs of play. This is a much overlooked post-Bop/Modal gem, including the incredible spiritual bent of the title track & the fierce 'Absolutions' which foresaw where Jazz was to go in the seventies. Highly recommended)
