TADD DAMERON QUINTET featuring FATS NAVARRO Fats Navarro Featured With The Tadd Dameron Quintet (1962 US first issue 7-track mono vinyl LP, Volume One in the Classics Of Modern Jazz Series, also featuring Allan Eager on Tenor, Rudy Williams onAlto, Curly Russell on Bass & Kenny Clarke on Drums in sessions recorded in 1948, pasted picture sleeve with tape reinforced edges. The sleeve shows some moderate shelfwear with some serious scuffing evident to the spine & some annotations onthe back, but the vinyl has managed to stay in very respectable VG+/EX- condition with just a few light surface scuffs to show for its fifty years. An acceptable copy of this very hard to find album at an advantageous price JLP50)
