CYCLOPEAN Cyclopean (Limited 2013 UK sealed from new 4-track 12" vinyl EP, which brings together two giants from the legendary Krautrock band, Can, Jaki Liebezeit and Irmin Schmidt, alongside long time collaborators Jono Podmore (Kumo / Metamono)and musician and producer Burnt Friedman. Can’s legacy has never felt more apparent than now & this is an exquisite release of meticulous maturity, with the opener 'Apostles' setting the standard with its mosaic of perfectly interlocking beats& textures, there is a rootlessness about this music, as though plucked from the air as it was assembled.
