THE SWEET Block Buster (Extremely rare 1972 UK stereo 7" metal based single sided high quality methyl cellulose lacquer acetate containing an otherwise unreleased demo version of the song, presumably recorded by Mike Chapman for the band members to learn. The demo is an interesting alternate version, both in arrangement & also the fact that it consists of guitars & vocals but no drums. It is also interesting to note how many of the pieces of the final version were already in place before the band'sreleased recording topped the UK charts for no fewer than five weeks in January 1973. This acetate is in remarkable condition with the surface itself showing just a few light surface scuffs in places, even after nearly forty years and plays perfectly well. An amazing find from the peak of Glam and a legendary record to boot!)
