FREDDIE REDD The Complete Blue Note Recordings (Limited Edition 1989 US Mosaic audiophile 22-track 2-CD Box Set, compiling the pianist's entire Blue Note output recorded 1960-61 with Jackie McLean, Tina Brooks & more, including previously unissued takes of 'Melanie' & 'Ole', remastered from the original master tapes. The discs are kept between two album jewel cases with their individual picture inlays, both mounted in a robust plastic backing tray complete with an exclusive 16-pagebooklet featuring rare & stunning black & white session photographs, extensive notes on the tracks & a complete session discography, all housed in a beautiful 12" pasted & textured picture box. Note: The back of the booklet has some historic tape marks from where it was once reinforced to the inside lid of the box, otherwise the packaging is Excellent with minimal shelf wear & the discs are Near Mint MR3-124)
