VICTORIA SPIVEY The Victoria Spivey Recorded Legacy Of The Blues (70s US 14-track mono LP compilation, featuring the classic blues singer on sessions from 1927-29, 1931 & 1936-37 using such sidemen as guitarists Lonnie Johnson and Tampa Red and trumpeters Louis Armstrong (on "How Do You Do It That Way"), King Oliver, Red Allen and Lee Collins. The pasted sleeve is a little discoloured with age yet the vinyl remains excellent LP-2001)
