FERDINAND HEROLD La Fille Mal Gardee - Excerpts (Early 70s UK boxed narrow band label issue of the 1962 stereo LP, performed by the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden & conducted by John Lanchbery, who also arranged this versionof the late eighteenth century ballet based upon Herold's 1828 score. This particular recording has been TAS listed & is widely considered the best 'Fille Mal Garde' that can be acquired on vinyl, first edition or otherwise. The front laminated picture sleeve shows wear to the spine & the vinyl is Excellent with very little evidence of play SXL2313)
