Custom 'promotional' picture discs and gold promo stamped picture sleeve. This copy has been AUTOGRAPHED by the 2003/current line-up of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo across the front in a black marker pen and dated 2004!)
