This acetate is one of only a handful in existence. It was sourced from the vast & personal archive of a former booking agent who sat on the board of directors for Nems Enterprise and co-produced this recording. What we know is that once Robin Gibb was released from his Bee Gees contract, he signed with NEMS and subsequently began work on a series of songs for his forthcoming solo album. The six titles on this acetate document these very preparations. They are in their original demo form, most of which was either scrapped or heavily edited for the eventual release.

One whole side is given to the epic Hudson's Fallen Wind [in Stereo], only a small portion of which would end up on the Robin's Reign debut. This particular piece has never been issued commercially in full but is considered by die-hard Gibb fans as his masterpiece. With orchestral arrangements and ambitious songwriting, Robin tells the tale, from the perspective of a farmer, of a gigantic wind storm that comes by night and destroys all, with its 'Farmer Ferdinand Hudson' concluding part being the only piece of the composition to find its way on to the Robin's Reign album.
Also included on this acetate is a previously unreleased mix of One Million Years and the unissued Moon Anthem.

Barely played at all, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to acquire this incredible collectable…
