Via Philadelphia!!' event taking in USA, England, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, France and Spain on 10th-20th November 1997. Includes details on tour dates, venues, hotels & travel arrangements for both band & crew, also listing Crew & Band members as well as managers & more. Complete with the original pink cover with black 'Mettalica' logo and front & back clear protective cover laminates. This would have only been issued to crew/people involved on the tour and was not for sale to the general public, in most cases less than 100 copies ever made)
