SAXON Power & The Glory (2009 issue UK 19-track digitally remastered CD album - Released in February 1983, Saxon's fifth studio album features the singles 'Power And The Glory' & 'Nightmare'; and now comes expanded with 11 Bonus Recordings including the single b-sides: exclusive live versions of 'Denim And Leather' & '747 [Stangers In The Night]', alongside a previously unreleased version of the hit single 'Suzie Hold On' [originally produced by Jeff Glixman for potential inclusion on the album]. Before going into the studio, Saxon would often enter a 'demo' studio in Doncaster to work on early versions of the proposed songs. Included here are eight such demos, including alternate version of 'Redline', 'Midas Touch' and the title track, as well as the much rarer 'Turn Out The Lights', 'Stand Up And Rock' and 'Saturday Night'.
