BONHAM The Disregard Of Timekeeping (2009 issue UK 11-track CD
album - It's often said that to get anywhere in life, it's almost
inevitably not what you know rather who you know that helps you
achieve your goals. In which case you'd expect JasonBonham, son of
the late, legendary Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, to have had
one hell of a rock'n'roll ride. Bonham, the band he formed in 1989,
and whose debut album 'The Disregard Of Timekeeping' this is, was
Jason's first truly big shotat major success in his own right. That he
persevered following the subsequent failure of the second album, 'The
Mad Hatter' and more recently has found the success he has deserved
following stints with The Quireboys, UFO and Foreigner, is testament to
this down-to-earth, friendly and most measured of drummers.
Originally released in 1989, 'The Disregard Of Timekeeping' features
the hit 'Wait For You'; and comes presented in a digipak picture sleeve
complete with extensive sleevenotes by Jerry Ewing [Classic Rock,
Metal Hammer] and unseen photos.)
