The All-Stars comprised of the cream of the crop of West Coast jazz men including Shorty Rogers, Shelly Manne, Herb Geller, Bud Shank, Claude Williamson, Max Roach, Stan Levey and more, famous for making The Lighthouse in Hermosa Beach, CA the mecca of West Coast jazz in the fifties.All recordings date from 1952 to 1955.
