This incredible 50-year old vinyl pressing remains in near Mint condition. The tell-tale spider marks evident around the spindle area on the label betray perhaps 15 to 20 plays of this record. Visually there are some feint hairline traces upon the playing surface, none of which are audible as clicks or pops. We have carefully play-graded this LP once and the audio clarity is exceptional - we would grade it near Mint. Decca really knew how to recreate stunning audio on vinyl!

The front laminated flipback picture sleeve remains superb, with deep & vibrant colours evident on the front, unaffected by fade or sunlight during the past five decades. All three seams are intact with no splits. The four corners display minor edge wear, but nothing you wouldn't expect for a sleeve of this vintage. To the top right corner there is a sticker with the index number 37 hand-written. This could possibly be removed but we have left it in place to avoid peeling the laminate beneath. The back cover has faded ever-so-slightly, a strict grade for the sake or accuracy. There is a distinct line of dirt showing along each edge of the flipbacked laminate, where it forms a ridge upon the paper surface. This cover does NOT have the 'Blue Border' print.

The original poly-lined blue & white inner sleeve is present, detailing the benefits and techniques employed in creating an FFSS record.

A wonderful example of a truly rare record.
