ELVIS PRESLEY & JANIS MARTIN Janis And Elvis (Scarce 1985 French limited edition issue of the very rare 1958 South African 8-track 10" vinyl LP that was originally withdrawn the day after issue, picture sleeve reproducing the original album artwork. Originally issued to attempt to recover Janis' royalties, it was released on a Friday & by Saturday afternoon, Colonel Tom had somehow gotten word and called RCA and made them pull it because: #1 - NOBODY performs with Elvis & No. 2 - Itwas called 'Janis and Elvis' & not 'Elvis and Janis'! The sleeve has minimal edgewear and the vinyl looks barely played)
