In the days before shirt sponsorship, £100,000 a week wages and overseas investors, European finals were replayed in the event of a draw after extra-time.
This Cup Winners Cup replay in Athens was played just 2 days after the original match ended in a 1-1 draw with Real equalising just 10 seconds from the end of normal time!
The replay ended in glory for Chelsea but was to be their last European final for over 25 years...

Recorded in Mono and released by arrangement with BBC Radio Enterprises.

The record is in MINT unplayed condition.

The front laminated cover has very slight sleeve loss along opening edge but is otherwise in superb condition with the 'matt' back cover being unblemished and retaining it's crisp whiteness.

Buy it before Roman does...
