Features a black & white picture of a spaceman holding his helmet in one arm with a big pink coloured rose where the face should be, has pink 'Queens Of The Stoneage' text at the bottom with 'New Recordings Available 6.6.2000' white text below. This has been boldy AUTOGRAPHED by Josh Homme, Nick Oliveri and Gene Troutmanin silver marker pen - superb item and hard to find as Gene was only with the band on the 'Rated R' album and Nick left before 2005's 'Lullabies to Paralyze' album was released)
