Includes details on tour dates, venues, hotels & travel arrangements for both band & crew, also listing Crew & Band members as well as managers & more. This copy is in mint condition with no handwritten notes and a superb picture cover. Was only issued tocrew/people involved on the tour, was not for sale to the general public. In most cases less than 100 copies ever made!)
