THE MIKE COTTON SOUND The Mike Cotton Sound (Rare 1964 UK first press 12-track mono LP on the blue & black Columbia label in the collectable Lansdowne Series, front laminated flipback picture sleeve with Emitex inner. Wonderful British R&B ModJazz with groovy versions of Moanin', So What, Love Potion No. 9, Watermelon Man, Walk On The Wild Side & more. The sleeve is Excellent with very little shelf wear & no writing or tears. The vinyl is clean & grades VG+/EX- with some faint spindlemarks & paper hairlines not affecting play on its intended mono playback setting. Like so many in the Lansdowne Series, this one is very tough to find! 33SX1647)
