THIN LIZZY & BADFINGER Pop Spectacular (Rare 1976 original UK official BBC Transcription Service radio library LP recorded live in concert at the BBC Studios in London with a side devoted to each artist. The Badfinger side was recorded on August 10th 1973, is introduced by Mike Harding & features six songs. The songs illustrate Badfinger's rock side, which was never really captured on any of the band's studio albums. Joey Molland and Pete Ham dominate the recordings on lead guitars. The Thin Lizzy side, also recorded in 1973 contains five songs & is introduced by Alan Black. This is the legendary BBC broadcast with Eric Bell on guitar, promoting 'Vagabonds'. This copy is complete with cue & biography sheets & is in fantastic condition. Both sides contain classic performances - A Gem! CN1915/S)
