A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

BLACK SABBATH Master Of Reality (Stunning Ultra Rare 1971 UK first pressing 8-track black 'swirl' label LP with the all important 1Y1/2Y1 matrices and matching inverted swirl inner. Even more important to make this a true complete collector's classic is the incredibly rare fold-out poster which is here in all its glory and the nicest we've ever seen, beautifully crisp and clean with no evidence of storage wear and clean white reverse. All the essential ingredients of this once in a lifetime copy of this fantastic Sabbath rarity are presented in the fully laminated & embossed box picture sleeve, free of any crushing and very little in the way of laminate lift - a truly fabulous copy with a jaw dropping example of the near impossible to find poster and an absolute must have!)
See 'More Info' to read on about this gem ...

Tracklisting: The third album by the English heavy metal band, released on the 21st July 1971 and credited as the foundation of doom, stoner and sludge metal. Certified double platinum after having sold over two million copies. The matrix numbers indicating that this copy was among the first pressed are: SIDE A - 1 Y // 1 V 420 SIDE B - 2 Y // 1 V 420 Condition The laminated box sleeve has a top opening and was manufactured and printed by Howards Printers Ltd. These are usually found in poor condition simply due to how they were manufactured. This copy has some light laminate lift around the embossing to the front and a little to the spine, but has very little wear with just a couple of light creases in the laminate on the edges. This copy has been really well looked after by its original, fastidious owner who proudly told us they met 3 of the band members at a local gig in West Sussex in the early days and became an instant fan and having bought this one when it was released, they certainly kept it beautifully preserved, thankfully including the wonderful poster! The labels are the one-off ‘reversed’ swirl design with black background and white text, and the small swirl logo and ‘VERTIGO’ text above the spindle. Apart from one light spindle mark the labels are extremely clean. We were told that the original owner was not allowed to play his records by his parents, and were only played a couple of times. This is backed up by the vinyl, there are just a couple of very light paper scuffs but otherwise actually shows very little signs of play, and for being almost forty five years old this is one of the best examples we have ever seen. Now we come on to the rarest part of this pressing, the poster. This is certainly the best example we have ever seen, printed on the slightly thicker stock paper and with a matt finish not glossy. This has been stored from new folded inside the sleeve, the print on the creases is complete without many signs of this being unfolded and has never been displayed. This has obviously been keep in a smoke free enviorment as both the inner and the reverse of the post both remain a very clean white, the inner has just a little signs of age but is still in an amazing condition. It would be a miracle to actually find a better copy, this really is by far the best example we have ever seen. Tracklisting Side A 1. Sweet Leaf 2. After Forever 3. Embryo 4. Children Of The Grave Side B 1. Orchid 2. Lord Of This World 3. Solitude 4. Into The Void
DEEP PURPLE The Book Of Taliesyn (Beautiful archive quality 1969 first UK issue 7-track stereo vinyl LP, with A1/B1 matrices, 'Gramophone Co' label credit & no EMI logo, front laminated gatefold picture sleeve complete with the original company catalogue inner. This is an astonishing one previous owner archive copy. The sleeve is in near mint condition with hardly any signs of wear to show for its age. The vinyl still looks barely touched & is the cleanest example we've ever seen!Highly recommended SHVL751)

Tracklisting: 1. Listen Learn Read On 2. Wring That Neck 3. Kentucky Woman 4. Exposition/We Can Work It Out 5. Shield 6. Anthem 7. River Deep Mountain High
THE RAMONES Leave Home (Scarce original 1977 UK Sire label issue 14-track vinyl LP including the controversial Carbona Not Glue which was deleted from later pressings, picture sleeve with deletion corner cut and band portrait/lyric inner. Thesleeve shows some light edgewear and the vinyl has a few light scuff marks, but these do not affect play)

Tracklisting: 1. Glad To See You Go 2. Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment 3. I Remember You 4. Oh Oh I Love Her So 5. Carbona Not Glue 6. Suzy Is A Headbanger 7. Pinhead 8. Now I Wanna Be A Good Boy 9. Swallow My Pride 10. What's Your Game 11. California Sun 12. Commando 13. You're Gonna Kill That Girl 14. You Should Never Have Opened That Door
