A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

THE BEATLES Beatles For Sale (Beautiful archive quality 1964 UK first press 14-track mono LP, on the black & yellow Parlophone label with 'Parlophone Co' perimeter label text & 'Sold in UK' & 'Recording First Published' print, front laminatedinternal pocket flipback gatefold sleeve with pinched spine, small outline 'mono' on the front & 'Use Emitex' inner. See 'more info' for further details on the condition of this stunning one previous owner rarity..... PMC1240)

Tracklisting: Tracklisting : 1. No Reply 2. I'm A Loser 3. Baby's In Black 4. Rock 'n' Roll Music 5. I'll Follow The Sun 6. Mr Moonlight 7. Kansas City 8. Eight Days A Week 9. Words Of Love 10. Honey Don't 11. Every Little Thing 12. I Don't Want To Spoil The Party 13. What You're Doing 14. Everybody's Tryin' To Be My Baby The Labels :- Classic black & yellow Parlophone design with silver text, "The Parlophone Co Ltd" perimeter text, "Sold In The UK Subject to" & "Recording First Published 1964" label text is present, with no 'KT' tax code either side. The Parlophone logo is striking yellow & the silver tracklisting text gleams with no blemishes. Of note to hardcore collectors, there is no period "dot" after the NCB credit for the track 'I Don't Want To Spoil The Party' [all other tracks have it]. The Earliest Matrix Numbers: XEX 503-3N XEX 504-3N Sleeve :- The fully laminated gatefold picture sleeve with outline mono logo on the front & pinched spine is nothing short of stunning. The colours are deep & rich, the laminate is clean with no lift or damage. Although the front of the sleeve is prone to excessive creasing, this copy shows none, only the very lightest of natural "lip curling". The spine is undamaged, the pinched ends remain intact with the text clearly readable & the inside diagonal cut flipbacks secure. Vinyl : - Housed in a crisp original "Use Emitex" poly lined inner bag, the condition of the vinyl is simply astonishing. Under a bright light, evidence of play is detectable by the spindle hole only & this is ever so minimal. The vinyl appears to have been played a mere select handful of times, maybe just once or twice, & great care was obviously taken as it appears as close to near mint condition as you're ever likely to find. Clean copies of this album are becoming increasingly hard to find. This is a gorgeous archive copy of the 1964 original, one of the best that you will ever see, with little reason to ever attempt finding an upgrade. A real gem!
SONIC YOUTH Halloween (Rare 1985 UK limited edition 12" single pressed on ORANGE VINYL, also featuring 'Flower', housed in a black titled picture sleeve featuring a sketch of a naked woman on the back - a superb condition copy! BFFP3)

Tracklisting: 1. Halloween 2. Flower
SCOTT WALKER Any Day Now (1973 Japanese first issue 11-track LP, textured picture sleeve with lyric insert and obi-strip. The sleeve shows just some light wear and, aside from a few very light paper scuffs, the vinyl shows very little signs ofplay SFX-5082)

Tracklisting: 1. Any Day Now 2. All My Love's Laughter 3. Do I Love You 4. Maria Bethania 5. Cowboy 6. When You Get Right Down To It 7. If 8. Ain't No Sunshine 9. The Me I Never Knew 10. If Ships Were Made To Sail 11. We Could Be Flying
