A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

ROLLING STONES Let It Bleed (1970 Brazilian 9-track Mono LP on the 'star' London label, unique poly lined picture sleeve variant. The poly has kept the sleeve in remarkable shape & remains clean with few signs of play. The vinyl is astonishing & in EX-/EX condition, however you choose to grade it. For South American vinyl of this age, this is almost a miracle copy. Grab it while you can! LLN7178)

Tracklisting: Gimme Shelter Love In Vain Country Honk Live With Me Let It Bleed Midnight Rambler You Got The Silver Monkey Man You Can't Always Get What You Want
THE BEATLES The Beatles / 1967-1970 (1976 US Capitol issue 28-track double LP compilation, gatefold picture sleeve with deletion drill-hole top left & matching blue lyric inners. Despite being over thirty five years old, this copy remains factory sealed from new in the original tracklisting stickered shrink, the vinyl untouched & unplayed SKBO3404)

Tracklisting: 01. Strawberry Fields Forever 02. Penny Lane 03. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band 04. With A Little Help From My Friends 05. Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds 06. A Day In The Life 07. All You Need Is Love 08. I Am The Walrus 09. Hello, Goodbye 10. The Fool On The Hill 11. Magical Mystery Tour 12. Lady Madonna 13. Hey Jude 14. Revolution 15. Back In The U.S.S.R. 16. While My Guitar Gently Weeps 17. Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da 18. Get Back 19. Don't Let Me Down 20. Ballad Of John And Yoko 21. Old Brown Shoe 22. Here Comes The Sun 23. Come Together 24. Something 25. Octopus's Garden 26. Let It Be 27. Across The Universe 28. The Long And Winding Road
THE BEATLES Please Please Me (Rare 1963 UK fifth pressing 14-track mono LP on the black & yellow Parlophone label with 'The Parlophone Co' label perimeter text & 'Recording First Published' credit, but without 'Sold In UK', front laminated ErnestJ. Day flipback picture sleeve PMC1202)
** See 'More Info' for further details on condition ...

Tracklisting: Tracklisting: 01. I Saw Her Standing There 02. Misery 03. Anna 04. Chains 05. Boys 06. Ask Me Why 07. Please Please Me 08. Love Me Do 09. PS I Love You 10. Baby It's You 11. Do You Want To Know A Secret 12. A Taste Of Honey 13. Theres A Place 14. Twist & Shout The first two issues were on the black and gold design label and the first yellow/black issue lacked the 'Recording First Published' text & retained the small '33 1/3' after the matrix number of the first two pressings. This is therefore technically the fifth issue, still from 1963 and still with matrix numbers ending -1. The labels: Black and Yellow Parlophone in design with 'The Parlophone Co Ltd' perimeter & 'Recording First Published' label text. As this is an original 1963 pressing there is no 'Sold in the UK' text across the centre of the label. The silver text is clearly readable with no blemishes or fading & a striking yellow Parlophone logo. There are a few faint spindle marks around the centre hole if you look very closely - one of the few clues that this copy has actually seen a turntable! The Vinyl: This has retained its original shine despite being nearly fifty years old. This is highly unusual as most copies of this album were played excessively at parties during the sixties and many became damaged or badly scratched. In contrast, the vinyl on this copy is near 'as new'. An amazing condition fifty year old vinyl LP that truly belies its age. The Sleeve: The Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated flipback picture sleeve has the large block 'mono' logo on the front & benefits from crisp clean laminate & rich colours. The spine is still clearly readable & undamaged. The rear of the sleeve has not had the benefit of being protected by laminate, however it remains clean with very little sign of any discolouration. There is just a little bit of scuffing at the edge of the bottom flipback to remark upon, with some minor damage evident but no paper loss evident. Complete with 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner. As far as finding a copy of this elusive fifth pressing goes, this is far and away in the top quartile of what you'd ever normally expect to find. A near mint copy for an EX condition price ? I'd call that a bit of a bargain!
