991.com Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Our policies below do not affect your legal statutory rights.


Cancellations

You have the right to notify us of your wish to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt.
You can email sales@991.com or call 01474 815 010 or from overseas, dial +44-1474-815 010.
After receipt, you have 14 days to return the order to:-

991.com Limited,
Hollywood House, 6 Railway Sidings, Meopham, Kent DA13 0YS, United Kingdom.

Returned goods must be received back in the same condition that they were despatched.
You must ensure they are adequately packed.

Buyers are responsible for return postage.


Returns

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we will refund standard delivery charges for items that are damaged in transit, wrongly described or faulty.

Damaged in transit - please notify us immediately. We may discuss a replacement or store credit. We may ask you to return the item to us - you will be required to return the original packaging.

Wrongly described items - if the item was wrongly described please notify us immediately.

Faulty goods - please notify us of faults immediately. We may offer you a replacement or ask you to return the item. Faulty items will be tested.

Undelivered Orders - if a parcel is returned to us unclaimed or could not be delivered to the address provided, we will contact you and request you pay postage to have it resent.

If your order has not been delivered and was sent tracked, you must notify us of non delivery within 14 days of despatch. This applies to both UK and overseas tracked mail.

In instances of non delivery of untracked mail, you must notify us within 28 days of non receipt.


Refunds

In all cases, refunds will be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

We will refund you by the same payment method used at the outset.
