| Jethro Tull was a unique phenomenon in popular music history. Their mix of hard rock, folk melodies, blues licks and dense lyrics made them difficult to pigeonhole, but that didn't stop them from achieving 11 gold and five platinum albums.
Critical acclaim wasnt so easy. They were rarely taken seriously by the music press but no self respecting record store would be seen without several copies of the classic albums; 'Aqualung', 'Thick as a Brick' and 'iving in the Past'. Of their contemporaries,
