THE GHOST When You're Dead - One Second (Very, very scarce 1970 UK first press 11-track LP, a highly desirable Prog Psych record from Britain with a dark streak, strident guitars, well composed Garage Rock-outs, fuzzy Organ & ghostly Folk songs with the chilly vocals of Shirley Kent, great front laminated flipback picture sleeve. We have professionally cleaned the record on a top of the line Matrix machine & both sides have come up looking sparkling with great sound. The vinyl grades EX/EX- with spindle marks by the centre hole & the odd faint paper hairline scuff not affecting play. Both sides have a nice deep sheen & the album is a real underground classic! The front laminated flipback picture sleeve shows lots of creasing unfortunately with a few historic tape repairs to the flipbacks, which remain intact. There is no writing & the sleeve is a decent surviving copy that grades GOOD. A real treat to find! GME1004) more...
