THE GERMS Forming (Debut 1977 US wide centred 7" vinyl single, regarded as the first true Los Angeles punk record & starring a young Pat Smear [Nirvana, Foo Fighters] on guitar. The label print is black on white with '45 rpm' to the left hand side, complete with the picture sleeve & lyric insert. Note: the picture sleeve does not have the 'For extra copies' blurb on the back & the lyric sheet is without the 'once more you morons' wording.
