Completely self financed, this eclectic mix of recorded work stands as his first solo project. The record also includes the lyric insert / flyer for ordering the 10" 'Flexable Leftovers' mini album of stuff left over when compiling the album. The album was later tweaked and re-released with completely different artwork a few times, but this is how it first arrived on the scene nearly thirty years ago. Ranging from the very silly 'Little Green Men' to the very impressive, like 'The Attitude Song', this is a classic 'portfolio' album where Mr Vai shows you just what he can do. The box was sold with only Three Discs, with the rest to be released and purchased separately. This example includes the original three Discs along with all of the four of the other releases so far obtainable, plus and added bonus disc 'The 7th Song: Enchanting Guitar Melodies - Archives Vol. 1', along with a hidden CD in the base of the box which must be physically unscrewed to be accessed, containing info about the release.
