These five sheets of A4 detail the work, medical history & next of kin information & have been signed byStevie Ray three times on the opening fold out patient sheet, which he has filled in himself by hand. A very poignant extra item is the addition of a Thanksgiving Card sent out by the Dentist on December 19th 1990 which was returned to him marked 'Deceased'. In his sadly cut short career, Stevie Ray was just returning to mainstream work with the release of 'In Step' when this work was done, before embarking on his last tour to promote the album. STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN Belt Buckle (Superb official 'Harley Davidson Low Rider' solid brass belt buckle which was owned by Stevie and worn on stage during parts of 1985 including playing with the Greg Allman Band. In addition the buckle has been signed by Stevie as 'S.R Vaughan' which is how he signed his guitars and personal items. This was given personally to a friend in 1986 who has owned it till now.
