THE WHO Who Are You (Rare 2011 Japanese promo sample issue of the Exclusive Limited First Pressing Edition 14-track digitally remastered double SHM-CD [Super High Material CD - playable on all CD players], issued to radio stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release, the edition features five bonus recordings including the previously unreleased Who Are You Lost Verse Mix, No Road Romance, Empty Glass, Guitar And Pen Olympic '78 Mix and the Work-In-Progress Mix of Love Is Coming Down. The disc is promo stamped and comes in a replica LP style card wallet picture sleeve with a lyric booklet, individually numbered insert and replica obi-strip UICY-94779)

The SHM-CD [Super High Material CD] format features enhanced audio quality through the use of a special polycarbonate plastic. Using a process developed by JVC and Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing, SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc, allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. SHM-CD format CDs are fully compatible with standard CD players.
