This is a fine selection of West Indies & African styles of the early to mid sixties, including R&B, Calypso, Mento, Ska & Highlife, all of which were originally released to cater for the growing Afro-Caribbean communities in Britain & export markets that were emerging in West Africa, Trinidad & further afield. Each single is housed in a plain die-cut white sleeve & each vinyl disc has been carefully inspected, all appearing in VG/VG+ condition or better, the vast majority appear EX/EX-. All discs are clean with just the odd paper hairline or scuff on just one or two which have little to no affect on play.
