MILES DAVIS Kind Of Blue (1963 US issue of the 1959 5-track MONO LP on the 'two eye' Columbia label with 'Guaranteed High Fidelity' perimeter label text, a true masterpiece of American jazz starring Cannonball Adderley, John Coltrane, Wynton Kelly, Bill Evans, Paul Chambers & James Cobb, pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve still lists the wrong track sequence for the second side (Flamenco Sketches first, All Blues second), & Cannonball Adderley's name misspelled as 'Adderly'. Condition : -

The pasted sleeve still holds up superbly over half a decade on. All text is clearly legible & there is no writing or crease marks. There is a little faint paper loss towards the corner of the spine at the bottom, natural for US covers of this vintage. Overall, an Excellent example.

The labels remain bright & vivid with no writing or blemishes. The matrices are machine stamped in the run-outs:

Side One: XLP-47324-1CA
Side Two: XLP-47325-1BC

The vinyl is clean & plays through beautifully. Visually, there are just a couple of ever so faint blemishes, visible when held to the light, which do not affect play. A wonderful clean copy & highly recommended.
