The labels are black with Parlophone logo in yellow and tracklisting in silver.

The matrix numbers are machine stamped into the dead vinyl, they are as follows.

Condition : -

Being an over forty year old Indian pressing, the condition of this copy comes as a pleasant surprise.

The sleeve has been poly lined, although this would be removable if this is required. As such, has survived the years remarkably well. There is evidence of a small sticker tear undeer the poly on the back & a little scuffing at the opening but otherwise shows very little general shelfwear at all. There is no spine print as it has been transposed to be part of the back design.
The back has a unique white border with 'The Gramophone Company Of India Limited' text and copyright information at the bottom.

There are a couple of light spindle marks to the labels to indicate play but nothing excessive & they remain clean and bright and free from writing.

The vinyl reveals a number of light surface scuffs and a few light hairline scratches but is otherwise in very good condition with a degree of play evident but still with plenty of life left in the old grooves yet. Being an Indian pressing, it does not come up to the standards of a European pressing but considering that we didn't even know this existed before now, its condition is also remarkable and much better than is normally found with forty year old vinyl from this part of the world.

A very respectable copy of this rare Deep Purple pressing at an advantageous price.
