VILLAGE PEOPLE Renaissance (1981 Japanese white title label 8-track promo sample vinyl LP, picture sleeve with Japanese/English text inner and obi-strip. What can you say about this record? Well, let's just say that attempting to relaunch theband as a new wave act was misjudged at best, internet searches reveal that the album was once declared so bad that a US trade magazine refused to review it, throw in a sleeve that is often to be found in the Top 10 worst sleeves all time andyou have on your hands a winner, a cult collectable if ever there was! The sleeve shows only some light foxing to the front and the vinyl appears unplayed)
