The sleeve has 'United Artists Music And Records, Inc..' text on the reverse. United Artists Music And Records Group, Inc was formed in 1974. Original US pressings mention only United Artists Records, Inc. There is also no barcode present, these were commonplace in the US by 1977.

The shrink-wrap clearly has two little breather holes on the back.

This example was obtained from the collection of a former music industry executive - all the other records in the collection were from the late '60s & early '70s, which suggests this is quite possibly a 1st but certainly an early '70s pressing.
